Metric Conversion

Licensing Information
Purchase of this design package includes a license to use and adapt the design for the construction of one project at one site. The design and drawings remain the intellectual property of Monika Design Center and may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for additional projects, or used to construct additional buildings without purchasing an additional license.
The plans may be provided to architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the licensed project for the purpose of reviewing, modifying, permitting, and constructing that project.
Local architects, engineers, and other qualified professionals are responsible for reviewing and adapting the plans as required to comply with applicable building codes, site conditions, permitting requirements, and local regulations.
